The RC “Recess” Series is designed for indirect lighting applications from within confined spaces. When recessed neatly under a step nosing, it will cast light down the riser and across the lower step. RC Series is also ideal for use in cabinets, and beneath railings and ledges.

Design Guidelines

Light Source
Select either an LED source or the 0.9 Watt incandescent lamp.

Socket Spacing
Since RC Series is designed for use as an indirect source, closer spacing produces the best effects. When the fixture is placed close to the reflective surface, such as under a step nosing, we recommend 1.2” spacing for a very uniform wash of light.
